Kirstie is just amazing. We were thrown into chaos after our Mum unexpectedly passed away in Portugal where she lived. We had no idea where to even begin and then we contacted Kirstie. Kirstie came to visit us at my brother’s house and from the moment she walked in she put everyone at ease and just seemed the perfect fit to lead our Mum‘s memorial service. She listened and took in every tiny detail of the life of our wonderful amazing Mum. Kirstie went away and put together what was to be a perfect tribute. It was as if she had known her and us for years. Just a kind, warm, caring human being who knows how to make you feel like she has known the family forever. After the memorial people came up to us and said this was perfect and they had never thought of this type of thing before however it was so perfect that this will be something they will consider.
