You don’t know me but I was at the funeral of Jeannine and I just had to write to you to thank you for a lovely farewell to Jeannine. Your delivery describing her life was carried out in a very sensitive way, your presence and bearing suitably restrained and your professional manner absolutely perfect. The whole ceremony brought me to tears. I knew Jeannine through her enjoyment of rambling. She was a delightful lady.
