Dear Ellen

As a family we would like to thank you for the lovely ceremony you provided for John at The Oaks on 8th October. You made a very difficult and emotional day more bearable.

Ellen, you came to our house and spent just a couple of hours with myself and my daughters to talk about John and the life we all had together. In that short space of time you captured the loving, kind and generous man he was as a husband, dad and Granpa.

We wanted to let you know that the words you spoke at his ceremony were beautiful, as was the setting looking out to the gardens at The Oaks. It has been so hard to say goodbye and in fact, we believe he is still around and looking after us.

There are not enough words to express how grateful we are to you.
