Hi, I'm Jeannene
As individuals we’re all unique, so whether coming together as a wedding couple, renewing your vows, affirming a child’s place in this world or honouring a beloved loved one who’s passed away, working together to mark these special occasions in a way which matches your wishes, personalities and outlooks on life, is what I do best.
Since training as a celebrant a few years ago, I have loved bringing my background of working as a civil marriage registrar and public speaker together, to help couples and families have individually crafted, bespoke ceremonies which speak the love in their hearts and the hopes of their lives.
As each ceremony is as different as the people involved, I’ll keep what I write here short and sweet, and instead ask you to think about the one thing which would make your ceremony truly special for you…..because that’s where we’d start! – Bringing your perfect ceremony wishes from your Inner World, into your Outer Life.

What's my ceremony style?
It really is up to you. My role is to co-create and officiate a ceremony which reflects your wishes. I especially feel gifted working with diverse couples and families. Whether it’s combining your cultural customs and traditions, acknowledging the joy of coming to the end of an adoption process to welcome a child into the family , or working with people within gender, sexuality and relationship diverse communities, to name a few. People, couples and families are all different and have expressed how comfortable and relieved they’ve felt working with my open-mined and assuring approach.

Perfect Wedding Celebrant
Jeannene was absolutely fantastic the perfect wedding celebrant. She worked with us to tailor the ceremony in a way that felt so personal and special. And she delivered it in such a warm and natural style. All of your guests were so impressed and said it was the highlight of the days festivities. Can’t recommend her highly enough

From the very first time we met Jeannene, we loved her. She has such a calming and experienced presence to help us design the most important ceremony of our lives. In the run up to the wedding she was organised and supportive, and made sure everything was set perfectly for the big day. On the day, we felt completely comfortable in her hands, and she delivered flawlessly. We can’t thank her enough for making our day so special. We would recommend her to anyone!
The perfect celebrant for our wedding
Jeannene was the perfect celebrant for our wedding. We had decided to merge the key elements of a Sri Lankan and British wedding ceremony together but didn’t really know where to begin. Jeannene expertly guided us through the process of designing our ceremony so that we ended up with something which was respectful to our traditions but also reflected our relationship and who we are as a couple. Jeannene’s mix and match package worked really well for us, as it gave us a starting point to work from rather than staring at any empty page trying to think of the right words! Jeannene was warm, respectful, thoughtful and supportive throughout the entire process and did a brilliant job of putting everybody at ease and guiding us through the ceremony on the day. Our guests thought she was fantastic and many commented on how much they loved the ceremony. We can’t recommend Jeannene enough to anybody who is looking for a celebrant for their wedding, especially if you’re trying to do something a little less ordinary!
