Hi, I'm Sophie
Since starting my wedding planning career 14 years ago I have planned creative, elegant, out of the box weddings from London to Ibiza. Add to this 5 years creating magical celebrations on Mallorca building specialist destination knowledge & we have a winning recipe. It is an honour to create a unique experience of a lifetime for every client in harmony with this beautiful island.
What's my ceremony style?
14 years of wedding planning & celebrancy and I still absolutely love using my specialist knowledge to create destination weddings for clients from all cultures, backgrounds and beliefs.
I have worked with couples from Christian, Jewish, Persian and Indian heritage and have a great understanding of the traditions that different cultures entail.
As a Celebrant, I marry perfect planning skills with spiritual sensibilities, creating ceremony scripts that speak directly from your heart to theirs.

Accredited in Wedding Celebrancy by the Academy of Modern Celebrancy, I combine all of my experience & passion to create the most personal, unique & authentic ceremony. We work together to declare & bless your union in front of your beloved guests exactly the way you want it.
Along with my background in performing arts and hospitality, everything I have learnt and experienced in my life thus far has led me here. Even after all these years I am still obsessed with weddings and have to fight back tears during every couple`s vows.
What do I offer?
Weddings
Most clients visiting Mallorca for their destination wedding are not familiar with the island so I really enjoy creating with couples who are open to exploring new ideas, doing something a bit different and incorporating the best of what the island has to offer. I am always really pleased to make same sex couples feel cared for and heard, any family in any shape or configuration looking for a unique experience are my people.
My strength is creative ceremonies which use live music and personal readings or rituals with the breath taking scenery of the island to complete the magic.
Ceremony
Celebrant When you start your wedding planning journey we will build your ceremony together with all the guidance you need. The script, special readings & musical pieces and your contribution, the vows (don’t worry I’ll show you how).
I have one flat fee for the creation and delivery of your tailor made wedding ceremony. There may be extra costs for items needed for any ritual ceremony you may choose. You may also wish to use family heirlooms or source these i
Ceremony Coordination & Celebrancy
Including all of the above and then some:
– Creation of ceremony script including support with vows and selecting readings or music
– Liaising with other suppliers to negotiate quotes and contracts (florist, musicians & sound equipment, transport, refreshments, furniture etc)
– Coordination on the day of all suppliers and set up of the venue
– Delivery of the ceremony and main point of contact on the day for the couple and family

A fabulous day
I just wanted to thank you so very much for all your hard work and patience in pulling together such a fabulous day for Eathan and Aliyah ‘s wedding. I really don’t think we would have managed it without you. Your calmness and organisational skills were an absolute godsend in keeping us all on track but also in allowing both the bride and groom plus all the family and guests to just relax and enjoy themselves. I would also like to give a huge thank you to the venue (which again thanks to you for finding) really provided such a marvelous venue, food, service, and atmosphere, it was a day we will all remember with such joy.
Thank you Sophie, I don’t think the day would have been even half as amazing if we didn’t have your help and guidance.
Special
We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary by renewing our vows. Sophie arranged and carried out a wonderful ceremony. She listened to our story which she wove into the ceremony making it personal to us. She advised us how to include family.members with readings and music. The whole experience was a joy and we have Sophie to thank for that. We would wholeheartedly recommend her for your special day
