I’m Tony and I am an Independent Celebrant and graduate of the Academy of Modern Celebrancy, which is the leading provider of online celebrant training in the UK and Europe. I am based in Suffolk, but happy to travel.
Having an independent celebrant means we’ll have the freedom to create a totally personal and unique ceremony to celebrate your wedding, renewal of vows or commitment. It is your celebration, your day, your way! There are so many possibilities and elements for your ceremony, it can be quite daunting, so this is where I come in!

What's my ceremony style?
I love performing and entertaining, but be assured your ceremony will be focused on you!
Aside of my day job, my passions are amateur dramatics and singing. I am an actor, director, producer and singer.
I became a celebrant because I want to be part of a couples’ special day, (any couple), making it memorable for you. I can bring my experience and enthusiasm to your day, even include your loved ones and ‘fur babies’, with the freedom for whatever you want from your ceremony and wherever you want to have it.
With greater freedom of choice now, you can choose who you marry, what kind of future and family you want to have, based on love, mutual attraction, companionship and equality, rather than on gender-based roles, set cultures and stereotypes. Therefore, I welcome everyone.

I will get to know you, your story (however romantic or crackers it is, down to each other’s funny habits!), your requirements, what you want your day to look like,
going through all your options.
Then, I will write a ceremony script unique to you, your journey and future aspirations. This, I will deliver to you and your guests on your special day in a professional, but fun and energetic way.
I will support you all the way! So, if you’re looking for an entertaining and committed Celebrant please get in touch, there is no obligation.
What do I offer?
Weddings
This is your day, your way and if you haven’t realised by now, having a celebrant wedding means pretty much anything goes, the only limit is your imagination!
Do you dream of a wedding in a castle, hotel ballroom or gardens, beachfront at sunset, family home/garden or the home straight of your favourite race track? If you have permission or have hired, then you are good to go! You do not need a licenced venue and it can be anytime of the day or night!
No matter who you are, what your vision is, you’re my ideal couple.
As standard I will suit up, however I am happy to fit in with your colours or do my best to match your theme if required, I’m even happy dress up, I regularly do this on stage!
I will support you through the process as it can be quite daunting with all the choices you have!
I offer a free consultation, which will be a light hearted chat about you, your requirements and vision.
I then provide a pack, containing your booking form & contract so we can secure your date. Then I’m all yours!
I will provide information regarding Symbolic Elements and Rituals we discussed to consider, I am also happy to help with vows and advice on readings. Then it’s time to complete your couple’s questionnaire, the fun bit where I really get to know you and can write the draft of your ceremony script, for you to review.
I am on-call from when you book, to your wedding date and will regularly keep in touch, particularly nearer the date for any final amendments or arrangements.

Ever been to a standard Registrar led wedding? They are much more limited; you can only have a civil ceremony at either a registry office or licensed venue approved by the local council. They are also usually impersonal, generically scripted and daytime only.

Renewal of Vows
Do you want to reaffirm your vows? Perhaps you didn’t get the wedding of your dreams first time round? Maybe your children are at an age where they can be involved? You could be overcoming one of life’s challenges or just want a new start? Is it a special anniversary?
If you are already married, a ceremony to renew your vows comes with no legalities and no restrictions whatsoever! The only limit is your imagination, it can be as traditional or alternative as you want!
This is generally a slightly shorter, more modest ceremony, however I still provide the same service and support that I offer for my Wedding package, to make this a day to remember!

Renewal of vows
I was fortunate enough to be present at a vow renewal ceremony at which Tony was officiating. In, what turned out to be a challenging environment, Tony led the ceremony with aplomb, displaying dignity, sensitivity and just the right measure of showmanship and humour. I later discovered how closely and diligently Tony had worked with our friends, to understand and tell their story and create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere. Please know that you can book Tony for your event in complete confidence, he will meet every one of your needs and exceed your expectations. A lovely ceremony that I was privileged to be a part of.

Such an amazing ceremony
I can not express how lovely Tony made our Renewal of Vows Ceremony. Professional and with perfect personalisation that really captured both mine and my husband’s wishes. Our renewal was an alternative ceremony for our lifestyle and Tony planned and completed it with excellence. I would highly recommend TS Celebrancy for all genres of ceremonies. Vow renewal
I had never attended a vow renewal ceremony before so wasn’t sure what to expect….. Tony was so lovely and explained to us all as guests what was involved. He clearly had put so much time in to really getting to know the story behind our friends who where renewing their vows. He got them spot on! His words were well written but he presented them so well, with feeling. Friendly, professional and with great personality. I would highly recommend.
