Hi and a huge congratulations to you as you embark on this exciting journey!
My name is Yvonne Cassidy, I am a Wedding Celebrant , based in Dublin, Ireland. I have been a Celebrant for five years and in that time I have been so lucky to work with amazing couples from all over the world. It is always such an honour to be trusted to create a ceremony for a couple that shows who they are and what they are about. In other words, a ceremony all about them (the way it should be!).
What's my ceremony style?
My style is quite relaxed. I love guest involvement in a ceremony, I think it makes the ceremony so special and unique, and I always look for ways to include the guests (with the couples permission of course!). Fun and joy are at the heart of every ceremony I perform.

What do I offer?
Weddings
My couples are looking for a fun and modern twist on traditional wedding ceremonies. They don’t want a cookie cutter ceremony, and want to be involved in creating something magical that they will remember forever. My couples aren’t afraid to be different, think outside the box and look for ways to represent themselves and their story through their wedding ceremony.
Elopement ceremonies are a big passion of mine, I really enjoy the sense of adventure with them – two people madly in love running off to get married!
Ritual and ceremony is a huge part of Irish heritage and I love finding ways to bring ancient traditions into modern ceremonies. My absolute favourite thing is when couples get their guests involved – what a special way to make your wedding ceremony completely unique!
I offer micro weddings, massive weddings, elopements and everything in between. Whatever your vision is for your day let’s make it happen. I am available for symbolic, non-legal ceremonies, 7 days a week.
Being a non-legal Celebrant gives me freedom to offer a completely non-denominational, independent option to couples who really want a one-of-a-kind wedding, without affiliation to any religion or belief system.

Renewal of Vows
Ready to love each other all over again? Then a renewal ceremony is a fun way to reaffirm those vows made 10, 20 or however many years ago! Or maybe you have come through challenging times and want to celebrate coming out the other side. Why not, any reason to celebrate is a good reason!
Vow renewals can be as detailed as a full wedding ceremony, or really stripped back to what the at the heart of it all, your love and commitment to each other. By working together we can create a ceremony to celebrate the story so far, and look forward to the story ahead!

Morgan and Dearbhla
Yvonne was brilliant for us– she took time before our big day to get to know us both, without becoming overbearing. Two hours of her time and that was it. She played a fantastic role in the ceremony. There was quite a few kids there, who were allowed to move about, and Yvonne was unflappable with this. She kept a great flow and the tone was perfect for the ceremony. It was great to have her as part of our day, we couldn’t recommend her enough!

Yvonne is a wonderful celebrant – she took time before our big day to get to know us both, making our ceremony lovely and personal. She gave us great tips for readings, songs etc and thought of every little detail.
Yvonne speaks with great ease and friendliness and had all our friends and family laughing and clapping.

Yvonne was an excellent celebrant, she did thorough research on us as a couple, communicated amazingly with our speakers and wedding party and wrote the most beautiful wedding ceremony and naming day celebration.
