With the many restrictions that Covid-19 has meant for funerals I approached my amazing Dad’s funeral with sadness and regret that it could never be what it would have been during ‘normal’ times.
Fortunately I found Caroline James. During the hardest of circumstances Caroline succeeded in giving Dad and his loved ones the most personal of send offs. She worked unbelievably hard to ensure that the service was a celebration and was as special as the person who we were saying goodbye to.
Many of the mourners were viewing on line and said how she made them feel part of the service which meant such a lot to us with so many absent faces.
I cannot recommend Caroline enough. The effort she put in to Dad’s Eulogy was incredibly touching and the way she delivered it along with the Welcome and Committal made for the perfect (if there can be such a thing) funeral. Thank you Caroline. An amazing celebration and send off to an amazing man.
