I would like to thank Steve for helping me to decide on a fitting tribute to my mum. He was most helpful and although he did not know her personally, from the information passed to him he made it feel as though he did. He incorporated things which meant a lot to the family. He was recommended via the Funeral service and I am so glad I went with him. He was compassionate and I felt looked after on the day and guided through the process.
