Alison made our vows renewal a very special day with her professional, warm and conscientious approach. We heard about her from a friend and from the moment we contacted her, Alison was amazing! She kept us on track throughout and made our day more than the sum of all its parts. From our first face to face meeting where she went through a detailed interview to collect details from both of us, to the day itself, Alison went above and beyond to deliver beyond our expectations. She conducted our vows renewal with poise, confidence and warmth and spoke about us in front of our friends and family as if she had known us both for years. She also encouraged us both to deliver our very best vows too and kept us both on track – so much so, we were both so prepared on the day, there was no room for nerves! Her ideas were awesome – it was lovely to include a candle lighting ceremony to include my mum who had passed away and my Dad who was unable to make it through a phone link in a cradle which Alison had brought, and lovely to include something new in our ceremony with the ribbon-tying ceremony that she suggested. Alison went above and beyond after the ceremony too, presenting us with the ceremonial woven ribbon in a beautiful box with a signed certificate.
