I met Julia shortly before she conducted the wedding of dear friends. It was the smallest of weddings-just six, including the bride and groom. An intimate occasion. Julia introduced herself to me and from that moment I knew the happy couple had chosen the right person. She was friendly, quietly reassuring and yet obviously enthused for the occasion.
As the wedding unfolded it was apparent that Julia had really taken time to get to know the couple, listened to their story and to what they wanted for their wedding day. It felt as if she too were an old friend, conducting this beautiful and emotional ceremony with heartfelt love for them. Her delivery really was beautiful and natural, the whole occasion so special for all of us.
I loved, too, that the Bride and Groom were presented with a beautiful written copy of the ceremony afterwards-something they can look back on and will enable them to enjoy the day over and over again. With such an intimate occasion it was important that the Celebrant fitted and Julia was the perfect fit!
