Firstly apologies for not sending you a message before now, we have been coming to terms with the situation which has been hard. Losing both Margaret & Robert within 9 months and in distressing circumstances is very difficult to accept. I don’t think I’d started to grieve for mom until after the service as there were so many things to sort in the two weeks that kept me so busy.We can’t thank you enough (again!!) for the wonderful service you provided for Margaret, your words really got across the lovely caring lady she was. Afterwards everyone was commenting on how well you put across the service and how proud Margaret would have been to the tribute to her life. You know how much we had valued your skills and you can’t imagine how happy we were that you were able to provide the service for Margaret too, if Rob is up there looking down he would have been delighted!!!! Margaret and Robert were wonderful parents and we couldn’t have wished for a better service than what you provided.If ever you needed a recommendation we would be more than happy to share our thoughts with others, as you really do have a personality that warms to everyone.Thanks again Justine you certainly turned very difficult days for us into lovely memories.Happy Celebranting going forward……
