I was absolutely dreading the funeral of my husband, The Funeral Director recommended Jo and she came to my home to meet me and find out about my husband’s life, she immediately put me at ease as we talked and she made notes, she asked questions and led me to the information she needed to create the service. On the day she was very reassuring – the service was lovely and several people thought she had known my husband well, as the service was so spot on, in describing his personality.. I Highly recommend her !
