Refreshing and in control – Exactly what we were after – Thank you!
Sylvia was exactly what we were after for our ceremony – You get a really personalised, and well thought-through script that’s carried out calmly and without fuss by a lovely, friendly and personable presenter.
In addition to what we thought about the ceremony, our guests really enjoyed it too, the sentiment generally being that it was refreshing, over that of the same non-specific blurb that they’d heard over and over in other ceremonies. My grandad in particular found it very touching.
Given this was our first (and hopefully only..) wedding, you don’t really know what to expect, and that’s one of the reasons I think Sylvia was so good – Every time we met up to have a chat about what was going to happen, we left those meetings with confidence that it was going to all be fine and without fuss – Which when you’ve got so much else going on already, is really important.
I’m not even sure how I found Sylvia, but it was obvious after the first meeting that she was exactly what we were after, I think before we’d even got back in the car we’d decided to give the nod. Sylvia came out to our local pub at times that likely suited us much more than her, which we really appreciated – From those meetings and a few emails we were able to iron out all of what we needed over cups of tea.
Sylvia really helped guide us through what to expect on the day and was more than willing to make adjustments to the final script, though there were very few required as she’d really listened to what we’d said and written in the questionnaire that kicked it all off.
We would highly recommend Sylvia as she really was excellent, thank you so much.
