Wow, what a lady! Penny is obviously very experienced in what she does, and made us feel as ease throughout – we knew we could rely on her without worrying. The whole process was very well organised, we met up beforehand in a mutual coffee shop to make sure we had thought everything through and hadn’t forgotten anything. Penny sent us a questionnaire to fill out prior to the wedding which she used to put together the most perfect personal story. There were smiles, laughter and lots of tears.. the guests were mesmerised, the feedback we had was that they couldn’t wait to hear was what next; it was lovely to re-live our little love story! On the day Penny communicated with the guests to keep them up to date with what was happening, from making sure people didn’t have their phones out, to making sure they threw the confetti correctly. There were so many compliments to say how amazing she was, very classy and elegant and great with the guests. We were even given a cute little gift box with the original ceremony printed. We really cannot thank her enough for an amazing ceremony, and would not think twice about recommending her!
