I am a friendly, approachable funeral celebrant based in Hythe, Hampshire. I will officiate funerals in Hampshire and its surrounding counties. I can meet you or talk to you on a video call for a non-obligation chat. An unrushed home visit is your safe place to discuss any thoughts and feelings you have and we can discuss and plan your loved one’s ceremony.
The funeral for your loved one will be as individual as their life was.

What's my ceremony style?
I love working with people of all age groups and backgrounds and I am also very keen to listen to your story about your loved one’s unique life and we will plan their funeral ceremony, which will be as individual as they were.
I can officiate a funeral which has no faith content, elements of faith such as prayers or a full Christian funeral if requested. On your loved one’s day, it must be said their way.
I can work with you if your loved one has a direct cremation or direct burial. We could create a memorial at a favourite place, or at an ash scattering or internment. I have a microphone.
I am only happiest when I am giving my best and that is to you and your loved one.

I will provide a caring, considerate service to you at one of the most difficult times in your life. Let your loved one’s funeral be a place where you, your family and friends can cry, laugh at the funny times, feel immense joy that you knew them and satisfaction that you made their day most special and unique to them.
Their funeral does not take away your grief but if is part of feeling you have done your best for the one you love and miss so much.
We never really say goodbye to our loved ones, but it is important to us to do what we can for them following their life here on earth.

Funerals
I am a friendly, approachable funeral celebrant.
I can arrange to meet you and we will spend a few hours producing the format for a funeral which is as individual as your loved one. Then I will devote time to editing, proof reading and writing the script which is only finalized with your permission. I will travel to any home of the bereaved family, church or crematorium in Hampshire and the neighbouring counties. I can come and visit you or speak to you on a video call for a non-obligation chat so you feel informed before making your important decision. Maybe your loved one will have a direct cremation and you wish to honour their life afterwards. This can take place at a venue of your choice indoors or outdoors. Angela gave us such a beautiful service for the interment of ashes for my mum and dad. She was so kind and patient with us and organised everything so well. She made sure that each of us had time and space to say the words we wanted to say and gave very helpful suggestions for readings.
