Hi, I'm Lauren
An Independent Celebrant living in a beautiful village in Oxfordshire with my husband Calum and our little girl Jaime.
When I’m not being a celebrant I write, present, blog and podcast, so if I’m not doing a ceremony you might hear me reading the latest news, or letting you know what the weather forecast might be for your big day.
After becoming a mummy, I decided to put my presenting skills to good use and train as a family celebrant, which I absolutely love.
I love helping people create the day of their dreams, exactly how they want it.
I also love planning events so if you need a hand to get started I can help point you in the right direction.
What's my ceremony style?
I offer a full range of ceremonies including weddings, vow renewals and baby naming celebrations.
My presenting background allows me to remain calm and confidently share your story as part of your ceremony whilst creating a day that’s personal to you and leave you with memories that will last a lifetime.
It’s a privilege for me to be able to write and deliver ceremonies that not only tell a story but bring tears of laughter, joy and happiness.

I love working with couples who want to create the day of your dreams.
Every ceremony is bespoke and my approach is to make sure together we bring your vision to life and create a meaningful day that’s a true reflection of you as individuals and as a couple.
I’m open to weddings in the woods, by the sea, at home or away. I also love helping to create more personal touches like writing your own vows or adding a spiritual ritual.

Naming Ceremonies
This is the perfect opportunity to welcome and celebrate your new arrival. Naming ceremonies can mark the arrival of a new baby or can be used to welcome adopted or step children into a family. You can use the occasion to bring family and friends together, make promises to your child and even nominate guide parents to play an important role in their life.
So if you want to celebrate the coming together of your family I can help make it special.

Since becoming a mummy it’s made me realise how special welcoming a child into this world can be.
I know how precious children are and how lucky we are to have them in our lives so it’s my absolute pleasure when I get the opportunity to help families celebrate the extension of their families.
