Hi, I'm Gráinne
I’m Gráinne Mc Gibney, an independent Family Celebrant speciailising in personalized Ceremonies. My Ceremonies are created to reflect the couple and their personalities. During your consultation with the me, we get to know you a little better and we work together to create what you imagine to be your dream ceremony. This may involve telling your love story, including your past times into the ceremony, including family or pets or adding ceremony enhancements to the ceremony. We love thinking outside of the box and making each ceremony very unique to the couple. Whether it be you both on the Cliffs of Moher with the sea air blowing in your faces while you listen to the Wild Atlantic Ocean crash against the cliffs or in a forest amongst your family and friends declaring your vows to each other. Its all about making the day about you and for you.
What's my ceremony style?
My style is very much about getting the journey of the couple reflected into your day. The uniqueness of each couple, their loves, their ups and downs, their journey to this day. The day where you both stand together and look into each others eyes and vow to be there for each other.

Grainne is incredible
Where can we even start – Grainne was incredible! The ceremony was so personalised to us as a couple, our families and our friends – we laughed, we cried. All of our guests were raving about it afterwards – so much so that two of our guests have booked Grainne as their celebrant after seeing what a wonderful job she did with ours. The lead up was flawless and the ceremony was perfect – thanks again Grainne – you made our day so so special
Bring Tissues…in a good way
I don’t know where to start with Grainne because she encompasses everything you could ever want in a celebrant. She is so detail oriented & picks up the tiniest of things. She absolutely made our ceremony so so so special, incorporating our kids, our families, our passed loved ones, and the love we share. It’s so personal, I don’t think there were too many dry eyes, mine certainly weren’t. All the different choices for how you want the ceremony, it was just so very special to us, I really was just blown away by it all. Book her if she’s available, because she definitely puts the love into what she does, wholeheartedly.
An amazing personal and fun experience
Grainne was fantastic from the first time we met her right up until our big day. She was able to provide us with ample examples of different readings and prayers. This enabled us to really focus on having a personalised wedding ceremony which was in line with our beliefs and wishes.
By the time our day arrived we truly felt that a good friend was officiating our ceremony. Aside from all the spectacular advice around the ceremony itself, Grainne is a real expert when it comes to weddings and how to ensure the day runs smoothly.
Grainne is so clam, collected and kind. If you’re lucky enough to find out that she’s available on your special day, our advice is to make sure you soak up everything she says. We’re not sure how anyone gets married without a Grainne!
