Congratulations! It’s great that you are wanting a celebrant-led ceremony! Working closely together we’ll create a ceremony that that is totally fitting to you and your family’s celebratory needs. Be it a wedding, vow renewal or naming ceremony, no matter who you are, who you love, your beliefs or needs, I’ll help you every step of the way, delivering a tailor-made ceremony reflecting your wishes for the day. That’s right, from the entrance to the end of the ceremony – and I’ll even roll my sleeves up as MC for the wedding breakfast or party if you’d like. Let’s talk…
What's my ceremony style?
Like most celebrants, I like to have fun and to help create it. A giggle goes a long way in my book.
But, importantly, I’m also unusually conscientious, thanks largely to my background in the corporate world helping to save the bacon of businesses when things got tough. So, if you were to get into a flutter about your vows or speeches, I offer you all my years of experience to help calm those butterflies and provide reassurance – as well as a stand-out ceremony that is memorable for all the right reasons!

I’m a trained and certified Celebrant with the ICPC, so you can rest assured that if you like what you read, you’re in good hands. After a couple of decades working as a corporate communications and brand reputation specialist, I’m now using my journalistic, storytelling and presenting skills for a greater good – that’s celebrating you and your family! I live in the wonderful Oxfordshire sticks. I love to talk, walk, sometimes run with my goldendoodle. Most of all though, I love to listen, and to turn tales into fabulous stories for all kinds of ceremonies.
What do I offer?
Weddings
Quite frankly, with a celebrant-led ceremony there are no rules. That’s why I love creating them. Because, pretty much, anything goes!
You can choose any special location – perhaps a beach, a barn, woodland, garden, or hotel. You can also lead the way for the tone and style that suits you and your personalities.
From a simple exchange of vows and rings to a more symbolic ceremony including poems, readings, music, and rituals, I’ll help you every step of the way, creating and writing a bespoke ceremony just for you.
That’s right – everything from the entrance and where you wish to stand or sit, the words and rituals, right through to the exit and the all-important confetti shot.

My fees include…
· An initial complimentary chat, either face to face on video chat or by phone · A little homework (two get-to-know-you questionnaires) · A video call or a face to face visit a few months before the ceremony at the venue · Writing of the ceremony with tweaking rounds as needed to ensure it’s exactly what you want · Help to write your vows and with choices of music, readings and rituals · Liaison with your venue and wedding planner before the ceremony · A check-in with you ahead of the big day – perhaps a rehearsal too · My early attendance before the ceremony to check-in with venue and your suppliers· My officiating the ceremony · and much much more….check out my website for all the info…

Naming Ceremonies
Scratch the surface of anyone’s family history and I’m sure you’ll find all sorts of stories and situations that make up their family today. Me included! As my dad (but ‘officially’ my stepfather) said – “It’s who you are and the relationships you build, not how you got there, that matters when it comes to family!” So how your family is formed – whether through birth, blending, adoption, surrogacy, donor conception, marriage, or all the above – each are worth celebrating. Baby blessings, family recognition, naming and adoption ceremonies are a perfect way to kickstart that celebration, to welcome new members into the fold and introduce them to your friends

Wonderful! You are renewing your vows – declaring your continued love and commitment.
You might want this to be a private moment, or to share your ceremony with friends and family – those who have been a part of your journey.
You may want your celebration to look and feel like a traditional wedding, or the complete opposite. It’s entirely up to you.
Your ceremony can be as simple or as opulent as you would like. Importantly, your ceremony can take place whenever and wherever you want as there are no legal requirements or documentation needed.

Why choose Suzi for your renewal of vows?
I love what I do. You clearly love each other. Married for 17 years myself, I am holding out for the Big 20th Anniversary to renew my own vows, so I know how exciting and meaningful this ceremony is for you. You get to do it all over again – perhaps with different friends, changing family and in a different place where you have found yourselves to be. That’s what makes it so special.
We can celebrate your journey, however that long that’s been, and do it justice with a totally tailor-made ceremony. Your day, your way, again!
